What you can't see from Palma
Just 20km south of Palma, the coastline changes dramatically. Roads become dirt tracks. Cliffs drop into unreally blue sea. Cala Pi, with its turquoise waters and white cliffs, appears on no official bus map. Cala Maioris is a protected nature reserve — you swim in some of the clearest water in the Mediterranean. Es Trenc, 40km from Palma, is the most beautiful beach in the Balearics with its 3km of white sand.
Logistics — From Palma to our departure point
Our departure point is Avenida Miramar 3, S'Arenal — just 12km from Palma city centre. You can get there easily by bus (line 23, 25 minutes) or taxi (around €15). Many hotels offer shuttles to S'Arenal. We send you the Google Maps pin when your booking is confirmed.
